Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases made through this website. Different rules apply depending on the customer’s location.

EU / EEA customers – Right of withdrawal

If you are located in the EU or EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the artwork, in accordance with EU consumer law.

To exercise this right, you must notify me in writing at aylaprinceart@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions for returns (EU / EEA only)

Returned artworks must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The artwork must be returned in the same condition as received

  • The artwork must be undamaged, unused, and unaltered

  • The artwork must be returned using secure and appropriate packaging

Because all artworks are original and one of a kind, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or issue a partial refund if the returned artwork shows signs of damage, wear, or improper handling.

Return shipping (EU / EEA)

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • We strongly recommend tracked and insured shipping

  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless required by law.

USA & International customers (outside EU/EEA)

For customers located outside the EU/EEA, including the United States, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, preference, or buyer error.

This is due to:

  • The one-of-a-kind nature of the artwork

  • International shipping risks and costs

Damaged or incorrect items (all customers)

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the artwork and packaging

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a refund or replacement where possible.

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.

Non-returnable items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless faulty or required by law:

  • Custom or commissioned artworks

  • Personalized items

  • Digital products or downloads

Exchanges

Because all artworks are unique, exchanges are not possible.
If you wish to purchase a different artwork, please place a new order.

Customs, duties & import taxes

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, VAT or handling fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Refused deliveries due to customs fees

  • Delays caused by customs processing

Unclaimed or refused shipments

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Failure to collect the shipment

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Refusal to accept delivery

We reserve the right to deduct shipping, handling, and any return costs from any refund issued.\

Refund processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Please note that the processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and financial institution.
