Processing time
All orders are processed within 3 - 7 business days after payment is received.
Processing time includes careful packaging to ensure the artwork arrives safely.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Please note that processing times may be longer during busy periods or holidays. If there is any unexpected delay, you will be contacted directly.

Shipping methods & delivery times
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on location, carrier and size of the artwork.

Norway: 2 - 7 business days

Europe: 5 - 14 business days

United States: 7 - 21 business days

Rest Of World: 10 - 28 business days
Delivery times may be affected by postal delays, customs processing, or factors outside my control.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination and the price range of the artwork.
Different shipping rates apply for small, medium and large paintings to reflect differences in packaging size and shipping requirements.
Shipping costs do not include customs duties, import taxes, VAT or local handling fees.
Customs, VAT & import taxes
For orders shipped outside of Norway, including the United States, custom duties, import taxes, VAT or local handling fees may be charged by your country's customs authorities.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer.
I have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
Packaging
All artwork is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely and in good condition.

Small and medium paintings are shipped flat in sturdy protective boxes with appropriate padding.

Large paintings are shipped rolled in high quality protective tubes.
Every effort is made to protect artworks from damage during transit.
Tracking
Where available, a tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.
Please note that the tracking availability and detail may vary depending on destination and shipping provider.
Damaged or lost shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

The packaging it arrived in
If ya shipment is lost in transit, please contact me so I can assist in locating the package or resolving the issue with the carrier.
I am not responsible for delays, damage or loss caused by postal services or customs, but I will always do my best to help resolve the situation.
Returns related to shipping
Due to the nature of original artworks, returns are generally not accepted.
However, if an artwork arrives damaged as a result of shipping, please contact me as soon as possible so we can discuss a solution.
Shipping costs are non refundable unless otherwise agreed.
