All artworks sold on this website are original, one-of-a-kind works of art, unless otherwise stated.

Due to the nature of original artwork:

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or detail may occur

  • Product images are representative but may appear slightly different depending on screen settings

Each artwork is sold as described at the time of purchase.

Prices and payment

All prices are listed in Norwegian Kroner and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Payment is processed securely through third-party payment providers available at checkout. We do not store payment information.

We reserve the right to:

  • Update prices at any time

  • Correct pricing errors

  • Cancel orders in case of obvious pricing mistakes

Orders and acceptance

An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:

  • The artwork is no longer available

  • Payment cannot be processed

  • There is suspicion of fraud or misuse

If an order is cancelled, any payment received will be refunded.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping, delivery times, and costs are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal or courier services

  • Customs processing

  • Events outside our reasonable control

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

Important notes:

  • EU/EEA customers may have a 14-day right of withdrawal

  • USA and international sales are final, except for damage or error

Please review the Refund & Returns Policy carefully before purchasing.

Customs, duties & international orders

For orders shipped outside Norway:

  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees are the responsibility of the customer

  • We are not responsible for delays or refusals caused by customs authorities

Refunds will not be issued for refused deliveries due to unpaid customs fees.

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

  • Artwork

  • Images

  • Text

  • Logos

is the intellectual property of Ayla Prince and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

Purchasing an artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights, unless explicitly stated in writing.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses

  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the artwork

Nothing in these terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted under applicable law.

Force majeure

We are not responsible for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, or governmental actions.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Norway.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Norwegian courts, unless mandatory consumer protection laws state otherwise.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
